Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of receiving payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package throughout its journey.
Delivery Times
We currently ship across Greece and selected European destinations.
Greece
Orders delivered within Greece typically arrive within 2 business days from dispatch.
European Countries
For the European countries we currently serve, orders are typically delivered within 4–5 business days from dispatch.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as local courier operations, customs procedures (where applicable), weather conditions, or seasonal demand.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery destination and the total order value.
